Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from these Terms and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide any justification and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous Article 5.1, the Customer must send a communication to Four.Ten within the specified period to the following email address: e-briglia@briglia1949.com or use the appropriate form available on the Website.
In case of withdrawal, the Customer shall return the products at their own expense to Four.Ten within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal date.
For packages coming from European Union countries, the shipping address is:

For packages coming from non-EU countries, which are therefore subject to customs, the shipping address is:

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all parts, and in their original packaging (bags and boxes), stored and possibly used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics, and size, with due diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:
- The right of withdrawal applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, complements, etc.);
- To be eligible for withdrawal, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc.);
- The shipping costs (and any customs charges, if applicable) for returning the product shall be borne exclusively by the Customer;
- The shipment, until the confirmation of receipt at the warehouse indicated by Four.Ten, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
- In case of damage to the product during transport, Four.Ten will notify the Customer, allowing them to promptly file a claim against the courier and obtain the corresponding refund; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
- Four.Ten shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss occurring during or in connection with the return shipment.
5.4 Refund Process
Four.Ten will refund the Customer the full amount paid, excluding any additional shipping costs (pursuant to Article 56, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 21/14), within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of withdrawal. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. Four.Ten may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the Customer provides proof of having sent back the product, whichever occurs first.
5.5 Loss of the Right of Withdrawal
In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal if Four.Ten finds that:
- The returned product and/or its accessories and/or its packaging are not intact;
- The product is missing its external packaging and/or original internal packaging;
- The product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g., closures, laces, buckles, etc.).
In the event of the loss of the right of withdrawal, Four.Ten will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
