Product Delivery and Related Costs

The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within 24-48 hours from the acceptance of the Order by Four.Ten, at the cost specifically indicated on the Website before the Order is submitted. Four.Ten reserves the right to accept or decline delivery requests outside Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries outside Italy, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.

For deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any import customs duties will be borne by the recipient. Therefore, the Customer is advised to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check costs and any import restrictions.

The delivery times indicated by Four.Ten should be considered purely indicative. Any delays in delivery or partial shipments do not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery or claim compensation or indemnity.

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer must check:

  • That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
  • That the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancies in the number of packages or their details must be immediately reported by indicating the specific issue on the delivery document to be returned to the courier.
Any issues concerning the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery, following the procedures outlined in this document.
